Joshua is our Lead Building Inspector and the owner of Kasper Inspections. He is a licenced Builder and Building Inspector and has been actively involved in the construction industry in Queensland for over 15 years.

Joshua completed an Apprenticeship in Carpentry (Certificate III) and holds a Certificate IV in Construction. He has significant hands-on experience and has built and managed the construction of many new homes as well as multiple major renovations and boutique renovations throughout Queensland.

Joshua has a passion for building and prides himself on providing thorough, accurate and user-friendly building inspection reports and advice.

He has an incredible eye for detail and a practical mindset that provides you with the best possible advice and guidance when it comes to construction in Queensland.
