We are very proud to be a local, family owned building inspection business that provides high quality and accurate inspections and reports.
Joshua Kasper is our Building Inspector and the owner of Kasper Inspections. He is a licenced Builder and Building Inspector and has been actively involved in the construction industry in Queensland for over 15 years. Joshua completed an Apprenticeship in Carpentry (Certificate III) and holds a Certificate IV in Construction. He has significant hands on experience and has built and managed the construction of many new homes as well as multiple major renovations and boutique renovations throughout Queensland.
Joshua has a passion for building and prides himself on providing thorough, accurate and user-friendly building inspection reports and advice. He has an incredible eye for detail and a practical mindset that provides you with the best possible advice and guidance when it comes to construction in Queensland.

Kasper Constructions put together a pre purchase building repair quote. The report was comprehensive and also identified other issues with the house that weren't in our original inspection report provided by another firm. Extremely professional and thorough report. Quick response to inquiries and was able to fit our inspection in at short notice. Unfortunately we couldn’t attend the inspection but the report was comprehensive, easy to understand and had enough written detail and pictures to clearly show the issues. We engaged Josh to carry out the inspection of a home we intended to purchase. On initial contact he was prompt and efficient in responding to a request for a quote and followed up with all the relevant information in relation to carrying out the work, including the relevant standards that applied to this work. In conjunction with a pest inspection from Bruin Pest , Josh attended the property and was both thorough and efficient in assessing the building, noting a number of defects which he advised us of at the time and which were covered in detail in his report. As a result we were able to negotiate with the seller to have some remediation work completed. Josh (and Andy from Bruin Pest) were both able to complete the work to a high standard, being a pleasure to work with.
